Samsung seems to be very interested in mobile phones with fragrance. Recently, a patent they applied for was exposed, and once again it is related to adding fragrance to phones.

It is reported that Samsung has built a perfume storage device into the phone charging dock. When users charge their phone batteries, this fragrance storage device will release scent when heated. It is important to note that this perfume storage device does not passively emit fragrance or directly spray fragrance onto the phone.

Therefore, if such a phone were to be released, even if you are in a noisy urban area and cannot hear the alarm, you can still be aware of an incoming call by recognizing a familiar scent.

In fact, as early as last year, Fujitsu launched a fragrance phone. However, compared to this patent, its working principle is much simpler: fragrance inserts are embedded in the back cover of the phone, and users can spray their preferred perfume according to their own preferences.
