Recently, a design more popular than flat design is long shadow design. Long shadow design has become one of the latest trends used by many designers. In a sense, long shadow design is an extension or next stage of flat design. While maintaining the basic aesthetics of flat design, this design adds more depth with the help of long shadows while keeping the design flat. Designers typically establish long shadow designs by adding shadows to icons. It's usually a 45-degree shadow that extends the length of a regular shadow. Such processing of icons or logos makes the design more three-dimensional. Long shadow design is not an independent design, but a new element or depth development in the world of flat user interface design.
