The UK Treasury spent 14,000 pounds to hire a designer to create the above logo (OGC is the abbreviation of Office of Government Commerce). However, it's clear that this logo was approved without rigorous examination. Later, someone noticed that when the logo is rotated by 90 degrees, guess what it looks like?
