Taking inspiration from the tentacles of an octopus, designer Donghee Suh has introduced a powerful sucker found on the tentacles of an octopus into the design of earphones, creating the Octopus Earbuds, a pair of earbuds that are easy to store and manage. The Octopus Earbuds come equipped with a pair of silicone flaps which, when lifted off the earbuds they normally cover, immediately transform into a pair of suckers. This way, after wrapping the earphone cord around your phone, the earbuds can be attached to a smooth screen, solving the problem of tangled and messy earphone cords in a simple yet effective way.
