Edge Drop is an upgraded design that improves the edge of a conventional paint bucket, brought by designer Junyoung Jang and Jiseok Heo in collaboration and successfully shortlisted for the 2011 iF Concept Design Award.

The entire design is extremely simple - so simple that it makes you slap your forehead in retrospect. You might have thought of it before or even DIYed it like this - just make a small notch on the perfect round edge of the paint bucket. This small notch can play a very good guiding role, allowing users to more accurately control the amount to be poured and prevent the paint from splashing everywhere when using it.
