Valuables should be safer where you can see them, so Samsung asked designer Johan Loekito to design a Proxima concept watchphone. The body is separable from the wristband, and the body has coloured e-paper and a dual OLED display that can be used as a standalone device to receive or send text messages. When the body reaches a certain distance from the wristband you wear on your hand, an alarm is sent. Proxima also allows users to determine the location of their contacts using proximity sensors, instead of looking around for a lost friend in crowded areas.
