iPhone 2.2 beta 2 is released.

Public Transit Guide

In the "Directions" mode of the Maps app, there are now three icons: "car," "public transit," and "walking." After selecting a mode of transportation, the map will display a suggested route based on your current location. It's no different from the GPS navigation we commonly use.

Street View

Similar to the Google Maps feature, you can see photos of the location you have selected on the map.

Location Sharing

The last feature mentioned in the new version of the Maps app. After selecting this option, an email is automatically generated that marks your current location. The recipient can directly find your location within their iPhone and use it to "come straight to you"~
