A closely designed iPad crossbody bag

When you take your iPad out on the streets to use it, where do you place your iPad? I usually put it in my briefcase, but it's quite troublesome to take it out when I need to use it. Also, holding the iPad for a long time while using it on the street can make your arms quite sore. How can these problems be solved?
