Sending emails to Apple CEO Steve Jobs is one of the things many digital enthusiasts love to do. Editors in the IT press, who also wanted a positive view, would email Jobs from time to time to ask.

When an editor at Gizmodo recently emailed Jobs to ask if Google would overtake Apple with its new Android operating system, Jobs was blunt: "They don't have a chance."
