The China website "google.cn" which quietly came online during the Spring Festival was pointed out yesterday of suspected violation of regulations in operation, and has already drawn attention from the Ministry of Information Industry. In fact, Google.cn does not have the ICP license required to operate Internet information services in China. And according to the relevant current policy provisions of our country, foreign capital is not allowed to operate telecommunication businesses including ICP without getting permission beforehand.
