We usually say that people who successfully lose weight are very determined, and people who run every morning are also very determined. In her TED talk, Angela Lee Duckworth briefly summarized her research findings, suggesting that the key to students' academic success is also determination. The concept of determination can be reduced to self-control, which refers to the ability to manage an internal conflict and successfully suppress the devilish side.

Everyone knows that you need enough determination to successfully lose weight, so this conclusion is not surprising. However, this study also discovered another interesting result: successful weight loss is also related to an increase in determination, with greater increases in determination correlating with better weight loss results.
