In recent years, international car manufacturers have been trending towards collaborations with the art or fashion world. For example, there's the Toyota Prius Project, which supports contemporary art and visual design, and BMW’s Art Cars, which invite contemporary artists such as Jeff Koons and Olafur Eliasson to design the visual appearance of the vehicles.
