The art students from Musashino Art University used X-rays and CT scanners to create their artworks, attempting to showcase the natural beauty of the human body, especially the relationships between lovers. The two art creators are Ayako Kanda and Mayuka Hayashi, who won the Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation Junior Designer Award for this work. The image shows an X-ray of a couple embracing, which not only reflects the intimacy and harmony of humans but also reveals the somewhat terrifying aspects of the human skeleton.

For them, creating art means breaking through traditional views, such as the "old-fashioned" portraits where artworks related to figures usually focus on facial features and expressions. However, in these X-ray works, the beauty of the skeleton is highlighted through the translucent body, and the intimacy between the two is displayed by two skeletons embracing each other.
