Wonderful badge mosaic painting

We have previously introduced the artist Joe Black, who creates art using toy soldiers. Since he can create art with toy soldiers, naturally creating art with badges is also well within his capabilities. Joe gathers hundreds of badges to form large portraits, such as those of Elvis Presley and Captain America. By skillfully controlling the placement of each badge by hand, and complementing them with some paint to perfect the details, the varying shades of color give his works a very three-dimensional visual effect. Additionally, because round badges are used, his work also bears the style of pointillism. Each painting is composed of over a thousand round badges.
